I'm afraid I cannot recommend this practice. It is a poorly organised practice with little apparent regard for professionalism. You invariably have to wait at least an hour (if you're lucky) for you to be seen, irrespective of having made an appointment. It is so stressful just hanging around without anyone telling you what's going on, or watching the GP having staff meetings/changing lightbulbs/just coming in whilst you've been waiting to be seen for over an hour, and then during your appointment having to wait whilst the GP takes phonecalls! Yes really! I like the GP personally, I think she's a nice person but I have to switch to another practice now in case I have a serious illness, and I don't feel that this practice will have the wherewithal to be of help.
